Sarah has over 30 years of management and marketing experience and is an alumni member of The Oxford University Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK programme, which provides high-quality, practical education and business support to leaders of high-growth small businesses. She is also a graduate of Bath University’s Productivity through People course, covering Empowering Leadership, Process Innovation and Improvement, Working in Partnerships and Aligning the Business and Communications.

Matthew is a time-served apprentice and qualified Electronics Engineer with over 15 years of leadership experience in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. He has a proven track record of delivering results whilst improving both external supplier and internal quality through the effective implementation of Lean working principles, and has held senior roles at a number of high-profile organisations including QinetiQ, Siemens Rail and Viper Innovations Ltd.
