Our story
BIE (Bristol Industrial Engraving) was formed in 1973, providing quality identification products – from simple engraved labels, panels and nameplates to sophisticated machined and sub-surface printed products.
In 1983, BIE formed a partnership with Magnum Finishing Company, adding paint finishing to our portfolio. In 2006, the two companies merged into one company and one premises, forming BIE Magnum. In 2016, BIE Magnum was sold, and it received significant investment and restructuring to build a strong foundation for growth.
In 2026 we joined the Corvero Group – giving us the platform and resources to go further, investing in our people, our technology and our capabilities, while continuing to deliver the quality and personal service our customers have always relied on.
