Nimbus was designing a cutting-edge machine for the production of high-speed DVD mastering. Targeting the entertainment industry, which thrives on image, the Pi Machine needed to look the part.
Paul Ellis, head of Nimbus Operations at the time, already had dealings with biemagnum and approached them to get involved in development of this state-of-the-art product. Becoming an integral part of the Nimbus R&D team throughout the Pi Mastering System's development, biemagnum helped Nimbus achieve a quality paint finish. A finish that was then applied to every single Pi Machine manufactured.
